He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Punjak and Anna Punjak (Kamenicki); and his siblings, John, William, George, Helen Erickson and Mary Goderstad (Betty).
He is survived by: his close friend Betty; his son Wayne of Canon; his stepson Michael Metz (Nikki) of Hartselle, Alabama; his grandson Zachary Metz; his siblings, Agnes O'Leary of Mapleton, WI and Robert (Mickie) of Delafield, WI; and his sister-in-law Winefred Punjak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
