She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Becker and Elsie Becker (Nehls); her husband Earl Gentz of John's Lutheran Church; her son-in-law Norman Wendler; and her in-laws, Daniel Becker, Oliver Becker, Joan Pusch (Wallace), Herbert Becker (Joan), Calvin Becker (Delores), Curtis Becker (Mary), Beverly Mann, John Gunka, Walter Chapman and Otis Roll (Elvira).
She is survived by: her children, Christine Wendler of Brownsville, Carolyn Gentz of Iron Ridge and Robert Gentz (Christa) of Iron Ridge; her grandchildren, Brenda Ehlers (Mike Moede), Christopher Wendler (Crystal), Brandon Gentz (Lauren Muenster), Bryan Gentz (Stephanie) and Marissa Hartwig (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Paul Ehlers Jr. (Jason Suchon), Stephanie Eiche (Brian II), Jessica Ehlers (Pete Unser), Alec Wendler, Noah Wendler, Logan Wendler, Everett Gentz and Scarlett Hartwig; her great great grandchildren, Emma, Brian III and Waylon; and her sisters, Evangeline Gunka and Jean Chapman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church (16 S Walnut St, Mayville, WI 53050). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
