He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Schraufnagel and Marie Schraufnagel (Krapfl); his wife Carol Heimerl; his son Adam Schraufnagel of Iron Ridge; his sister Sue Van Dyke (Allen) of Hustisford; his father-in-law Carl Heimerl (Evona); and his stepmother-in-law Dolores Heimerl. He was also cherished by 21 nieces and nephews, and 25 great nieces and nephews.
