She was predeceased by : her husband Robert; her siblings, Valeria Legate, Richard Dornacker and Raymond Dornacker; her brothers-in-law, James Legate, Milton V. Legate and Edmund Sauer; her son Joseph J. Dornacker (Kathy); her stepson Donald Legate; and her son-in-law James Dewitz.

She is survived by : her children, Rodney Legate (Terry) of Hartford and Bonnie Legate (Roger Wiser) of Iron Ridge; her grandchildren, Nick Wilmot (Vicki) of New York, Glen Dornacker of Hartford and Angel Zurn (Eric) of Fond; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Legate, Paisleigh Zurn, Johnathen Dornacker, Cathryn Dornacker, Jayden Wilmot and Mackenzie Wilmot; her siblings, Agnes Legate of Slinger, Delores Sauer of West Bend, Janette Cardarelle (Dennis) of Indiana and Jerome Dornacker (LuAnn) of West Bend; her sisters-in-law, Lois Dornacker and Kay Dornacker; and her significant other Micki Polster. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended families and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marilyn's name to a charity of one's choice are greatly appreciated.
