He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Bell and Eileen Bell (Schuppe); his siblings-in-law, Lloyd and Virginia Ilgen; and his granddaughter Kayla Bell.
He is survived by : his wife Cathy Ilgen of Iron Ridge; his daughters, Tracy Dillon (Mike) of Fond, Pamela Gross (Ty) of Fond and Paula Hesprich (Dave) of Dousman; his siblings, Wally Bell (Renee) of Fond and Tammi Zabel (Kevin) of Fond; his grandchildren, Brenden Bell (Kayla), Kyle Bell, Kassie Sheehan (Mike), Brady Dillon, Colton Hesprich and David Hesprich; his great grandchildren, Carter, Addie, Brooklyn and Leila; and his nephew Shane Ilgen (Tara). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
