He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmut Thurow and Arbuta Thurow; and his sisters, Judy Thurow, Joan Diels and Mary Tapp.
He is survived by: his siblings, Allen Thurow (Janet) of Neosho, Eddie Thurow (Jane Kiesow) of DePere, WI, Joyce Thurow of Kingston, Jane and Pluim of Juneau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
