He was predeceased by : his parents, Erhard Kirchoff and Erna Kirchoff (Bergemann); his former life partner Kay Lehman; his wife Sharon Fredrick; and his grandson Joe.

He is survived by : his children, Dennis K. Kirchoff of Beaver Dam, Brenda Yunto (Kevin) of Fox Lake, Michael Kirchoff (Melissa) of Oshkosh, DuWayne Kirchoff (Gerrie Schmidt) of Watertown, Michele Kirchoff (Tracy Peltier) of Horicon, Tyrone Kirchoff (Jennifer Doughty) of Iron Ridge and Kendy Kapelush of Horicon; and his siblings, Loren Kirchoff (Carleen) of Hustisford and Valerie Schlender (Dennis) of Mt. Horeb. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
