She was predeceased by: her mother Donnalee Grady (Monk). She is survived by: her father Richard W. Grady; her son Casey Godush (Crystal); her grandchildren, Lily and Colsen Godush; her sisters, Deborah, Tammy Grady and Shelly Masters; and her nephew Robert Masters. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
