He is survived by: his former wife Judith Johnson; his wife Judy; his children, Steve Uttecht (Tracy) of Elderon, Lori Smith of Birnamwood, Rick Uttecht of Elderon and Bob Uttecht (Paula) of Elderon; his grandchildren, Lance (Heidi), Matt, Joshua, Aaron, Brook (Tommy), Bobby and Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Johnson (Linda), Judy Johnson and Millie Uttecht. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
