He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Daly and Luella Daly; his brother Daniel Daly; his parents-in-law, Ed and Rose Fleischman; and his siblings-in-law, Clay Noyes and Judy Ramsey.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Sue Dean (Tyler), Gladys Noyes, Peter Daly (Mary) and Pat Daly (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Fran Harvey (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
