He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Booker (Crownover); his parents, James William and Aileen Elizabeth Booker (Huffman) of Brownwood, Texas; and his brother Robert Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Eric Booker (Sue), Alisa Barth and Katie Simonsen (Jon); and his close friend Jeanne Tschurwald. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
