He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben LaStofka and Bertina LaStofka (Severson); his parents-in-law, Clarence, Ruth Larson, Arne, Madelyn Larson, Clifford, Maretta Larson, David Larson, Mary Lou LaStofka and Jack Halverson; his granddaughter Amy Gross (LaStofka); and his nephews, Scott Halverson and Chuck Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Irene of Iola; his children, Larry LaStofka (Leslie) of Millbrae, CA, Linda LaStofka of Iola, Karen Grignon (Scott) of Appleton and Steven LaStofka (Debra) of Greenville; his siblings, Robert LaStofka of Kalispell, MT and Ruth Halverson of Iola; and his parents-in-law, Norman Larson (Elva) of Waupaca and Nancy Larson of Elton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren.
