He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cisewski and Laura Cisewski (Simonis); his brother Thomas Cisewski; and his brother-in-law Leonard Ostrowski. He is survived by: his wife Diana Cain; his daughters, Dawn Coen (Robert) and Julie Holbrook (Aaron); his grandsons, Bradley, Sean Coen, Lucas and Jacob Holbrook; and his sister Bernice Ostrowski. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
