She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pecka and Eva Pecka (Titera); her husband Raymond Wavruk; her daughter Dr. Karen Hayes; and her siblings, Yvonne, Ashley and Arlen.

She is survived by: her son Ken Wavruk (Karen) of Waupaca.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her memory to the American Cancer Society and the American Kidney Foundation.
