He is survived by: his parents, Gordon Barth (Lisa) of Iola, WI and Tisha Barth of Salisbury, NC; his brothers, Joshua Barth (Wendy Jensen) of Spencer, NC and Dustin Barth of Salisbury, NC; his stepsisters, Emmit Williams of Waupaca, WI, Emily Sands (Jake) of Waupaca, WI, Elijah Williams (Madeline Janz) of Waupaca, WI, Ethan Williams of Waupaca, WI and Sienna Miller of Iola, WI; his grandparents, Pat Arnold of Plover, WI, Michael Barth (Judy) of Plover, WI, Mary Durrant (Jeff) of Waupaca, WI and John Kotovich of Phoenix, AZ; his son Bentley; and also, Paternal, Maternal and Victoria Malone. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
