With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Kulig (Independence, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 13, 2020 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rossa and Anna Rossa (Micek); her husband Ralph; her daughter Mary Jane Luer; and her siblings, Joseph, Albert Rossa, Leona Bautch, Marion Rossa and Marcella O'Shields.

She is survived by: her sons, Roger Kulig (Sue) of Coral City, Walter Kulig (Chris) of Independence, Ronald Kulig (Wendy) of Coal Valley, Ill and Eugene Kulig (Christy) of Independence; her brother Ernie Rossa (Karen) of Goodview, Minn.; and her son-in-law Terry Luer of Eau Claire, Wis.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
