He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Grulkowski and Monica Grulkowski (Killian); and his brothers, LaVerne, Donald and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Pryzbilla; his children, Dean Grulkowski (Mischelle) of Whitehall, David Grulkowski (Audrey) of Whitehall, Dale Grulkowski (Laurel) of Independence, Daniel Grulkowski (Wendy Maule) of Osseo and Darin Grulkowski of Ankeny, Iowa; and his siblings, Dennis, Ed Grulkowski and Sister Stephanie Grulkowski. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
