We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jack Prokop (Independence, Wisconsin), born in Arcadia, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aloizy Prokop and Angeline Prokop (Sonsalla); his children, Lindsay Prokop (Robbie), Jared Prokop (Elizabeth) and Rachel Prokop; his siblings, Mary Klimek (Doug), Betty Leach (Jim), Bob Prokop (Pat), John Prokop, Joe Prokop and Mike Prokop (Michelean); and his grandchildren, Morgan, Kloe, Jackson and Emmett. He was also cherished by his nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, and many wonderful friends.

Plants preferred in lieu of flowers.
