He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Kirchoff); his children, Wendy Loew (Michael), William Peltier Jr. and Tracy Peltier (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Samantha Loew, Taylor Loew, Cassandra Peltier and Alexandra Peltier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
