Kirk was born on August 4, 1958, in Kaukauna Wi to Lloyd Noss and Eleanor E Curtis

Kirk is survived by his daughter, Angela Welsch (Sheboygan); his three grandchildren, Justin, Eric, and Jaida (Sheboygan;). his sisters, Tina L Sobie and Diane Schirack-Noss; brothers, Steve Noss, Patrick Noss, Bruce (Sherry) Noss, Andrew (Lori) Noss, and Scott Noss, his cousin, Rebecca Grulke, and by other nieces and nephews.
