He is survived by: his parents, Roman "Muzzy" Jr. Conhartoski and Patti Conhartoski; his brothers, Thomas (Marisa), Cory (Ellyn) and Trever (Kaitlyn); his nieces and nephews, Rylan, Landon, Aydan, Carson, Calvin, Everleigh and Elilah; his aunts and uncles, Gina (Nichole), Nathan (Renee), Sherry (Ron), Tom and Connie (Billy); his grandmother Marci; his cousins, Kyle, Emily, Cheyanne, John and Nicole; his pets, Sophie, Lola, Riley, Camry and Rexy; and his close friends, Allyson, Holly, Courtney, Colton, Matt (Cora), Luke, Jeff, Joe, Jake, Zak, Blaike, Danielle, Gage, Wade, Tyler L., Tyler S., Joey S. and Eli. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
