He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Olson and Ersal Olson (Shaffer). He is survived by: his wife Olive Parker; his children, Keith Olson (Jeanne), John Olson (Angela), Quint Ashton (Tasia) and Amanda Olson (Dustin Nitti); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Huls (Alaric), Erin Zinda (Jared), Lindsey Olson (Jacob), Abigail Olson, Sarah Olson, Sunny Ashton, Dylan Nitti and Vinny Nitti; and his great grandchildren, Adrian and Bryer.
Memorials are preferred to Zion Lutheran Church.
