He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Robert Forseth and Ruby Irene Forseth (Dobbe); and his grandmother Ruby. He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann (Deb); his children, Virginia, Mark (Madelinn), John, Amy, Paul and Rachel; and his siblings, MaryKay Witten, Dan and Tim Forseth.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Midcurrent Church (200 1st St, Hudson, WI 54016).
