He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Howard and Vivian Howard (Ferson). He is survived by: his brothers, Lanny (Sharyn) of New London, WI, Sam (Mary) of Baraboo and Doug of Hudson; his niece Kimberly Nesbitt; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, their families and many friends.
Per his wishes and in light of the pandemic, there will be no formal services.
