He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Ott and Marie Ott (Krueger); and his siblings, Marilyn Dittman and Marvin. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Lentz; his children, Steve, Brian, Kevin (Hollie) and Jodi Gustafson (Steve); his grandchildren, Cole, Xavier, Anthony, Caleb, Carter, Cameron, Nolan and Hannah; his daughter-in-law Nicole; and his siblings, Dorothy and John. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
