He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Johnson; his children, Dick, Sue, Frank (Lynn), Larry (Angela), Cheryl Vogel (William), David (Carmen), Bob (Kathy) and Mary; his grandchildren, Justin, Erin, Drew, Ashlee, Brad, Shaina, Trevor, Casey, Misty, Ryan, Victoria, Anna, Kaitlin and Collin; and his siblings, Mary Jane Slater (Bill), Helen Erickson (Lloyd) and Jim Johannsen.
