He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Forsman and Rose Mead (Jaseniuk); his wife Elaine; his children, Mai Forsman (Simon Shin), Ryan Forsman (Jessica) and Sarah Maklad (Omar); his grandchildren, Amelia Forsman, Mitchell Forsman, Zola Forsman, Rosa Maklad, Amir Maklad and Jae Lynn Shin; his sisters, Wendy Peterson and Sandy Smith; and his aunts, Evelyn Kenney and Florence Nelson (Dennis).
