He was predeceased by: his wife Ginny; and his parents, Harold Clark and Eleanor Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Dee Mongrain (Robert) and Lori Adams (Paul); his brother Gary Clark; and his granddaughters, Lindsey Burnett (Dennis), Kristen Williams (Chase) and Kyley Lindholm (Jon). He is also survived by 7 great grand-children and a niece.
