He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Amber Sandven and Kathleen Sandven (Day) of Hudson, Wisconsin.; and his sisters, Kathleen Sandven of New Richmond and Nancy Niles (Donald Niles) of Brainerd, Minnesota.. He is survived by: his wife Themia Elane Sandven (Despotopulos); his children, Christopher Harry Sandven and Katharine Demetria Brent (Sandven); his son-in-law Zachary Brent; his grandsons, Justin Alan Brent, William Christoper Brent and Michael Nicholas Brent; his sister-in-law Susan Despotopulous of Lafayette; and his cousins, Ann Dugan (Patrick Stacy) of Boulder, Tom Dugan and Gary Johnson.
