He is survived by: his wife Julie Johnson; his children, Katie Fredrickson (Eric) and Olin Glick (Pam); his grandchildren, Nora, Lilia, Ogden and Henrik; and his sisters, Pamela Thompson and Patricia Cashman (Bill).
