He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Bendlin and Anna Bendlin (Pohl); his former wife Sharon Bendlin (Olson); and his siblings, Clifford Bendlin, Bernice Bowers, Edna Reynolds, Virgil Bendlin, Lorraine Pullen, Donald Bendlin, Shirley Brinkley, Audrey Gillum and Joyce Bendlin.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Olson; his children, John Bendlin (Toni) and Julie Henderson (Maxx); his granddaughters, Natalie Bendlin and Eden Henderson; and his siblings, Madalyn Adams and Ron Bendlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
