He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kolb and Rosalie Kolb (VandeLogt); his parents-in-law, Virginia and John Angst; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Maas and Jason Angst.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Angst; his children, Jennifer Matysik, Eric Kolb and Veronica Kolb; his siblings, Debbie Kolb, Pam Jenk (John), Lisa Maas, Stuart Kolb (Pam), Mary Kolb and Bill Kolb (Amy); and his brother-in-law Dan Angst (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
