She was predeceased by: her parents, George Starr and Ellen Starr (Schmotter); her husband William Loughney; her son William George; and her siblings, Gordon Starr and Harriett Salmon.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Loughney (Debby), Kathy Willemssen (Jerry), John Loughney (Colleen) and Anne Wier (Dick); her grandchildren, William (Ashley), Brian (Heather), Robin (Mark), Heidi (Scott), Kyle (Jordan), Sean (Esther), Dan, Bob (Sami) and Mandy (Justin); her great grandchildren, Wilson, Finley, Liam, Lilah, Payton, Max, Tyler, Sydney, Thomas, Nash, Bode, Lane, Hank, Beau, Levi and Sawyer; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Loughney (Phyllis), Bina Wert (Jack) and Patty Loughney.
Memorials are preferred to the family's discretion.
