With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loren W. Smeester Sr. of Hudson, Wisconsin, born in Amberg, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 25, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules Smeester and Fay Smeester (Rector); his wife Dorothy "Dotty" Tadisch; his son John; and his siblings, Basil, Chuck, Bill and Fay Adora.

He is survived by: his close friend Janice; his sons, Loren Jr. Smeester (Marilyn) of Baldwin, WI and Scott Smeester (Julie); his grandchildren, Sarah and Noah Smeester; and his brother Joe Smeester.
