He is survived by: his sisters, Kay (Kathy) and Agnes (Anne); and his children, Ann (Mark Mitchell), Marie (Rick Colbeth), Patrick, Joseph (Judy), Elizabeth (Chad Monson), Stephanie (Mike Schley), Theresa (Ryan Douglas), Nicholas (Crystal), Shannon (Nate Hasty), Doug (Betsey) and John Bungum.
