He is survived by: his wife Jayme Lee Puterka; his sister Carole Ohnemus (Merrill); his siblings-in-law, Sandy Morrissette (Randy) and Mike Steele; and his nieces and nephews, Vicki, Joe, Debi, Chris, Randy, Kathi, Tanya, Stacy, Michelle, Taylor, Zac, Ali, Summer, Kya, Jacob, Mitchell, Alex, Aaliyah, André, River, Vance, Gavin, Elliot, Carter and Rosie.
