He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Johnson and Olive Johnson (Hansen). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his stepson Michael Warren (Sarah); his grandchildren, Chase, Hunter Gerken and Derrick Warren; and his siblings, Joe, Mary Boigenzahn, Fred, Rick, Sue and Mike. He is also survived by many nieces and a few nephews, other relatives and friends.
