He is survived by: his daughter Sarah; his siblings, Jason Madlung (Ann) and Tania Gardner (Mike); his parents, Clayton Madlung and Marina Johnson (Duane); his former wife Cindy Madlung; and his close friend Shannon Matz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
