He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Maki and Ida Maki; his wife Marlis Graham; and his sisters, Marie Nordahl and Millie Jokela.
He is survived by: his son Jeff (Sonja); his brother Roy (Sandra); his son Bob Maki (Becky); his grandchildren, Peter (Jennifer), Taylor (Nate Waters), Joanna, Sam (Michaela DeGross), Jack and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Charlie Rose, Tucker Waters and Palmer Maki.
Memorials are preferred to the Hudson United Methodist Church or the family.
