He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bell and Vernette Bell (Vogt); and his siblings-in-law, Christine Wagner, Michael Tines and Joseph Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Sapa; his grandson Gary; his children, Lori Mueller (Brian) of Lake Elmo, Jessica Rogers (Lucas) of Woodbury and Michael Bell (Ashley) of Lake Elmo; his grandchildren, Austin, Abigail, Alexandra, Emma, Matthew, McKena, Sloan, Silas and Ezra; and his siblings, Julie Burns (Mark) of Jupiter, FLA, Trudy Allen of Savage, Nancee Bell (Tom) of Maplewood, Koni Sjulstad (Dave) of Eagan and Corey Bell (Cathy) of Fairmont. He is also survived by 20 nieces & nephews; and 6 special aunts.
