He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tulgren and Rosella "Sally" Tulgren (Lien); and his wife Kathryn "Katy" Zezza (Over). He is survived by: his friends, Whether and Katy; his children, Helen Richie, John Tulgren, Ann Henningsen (Brad) and Tom Tulgren (Michelle); his grandchildren, Taylor (Anas), Morgan, Nick, Kaitlyn, Talia, Gianna, Jeramie and Marissa (Antoine); his great grandchildren, Fajr and Camryn Sophia; and his siblings, Jerry Tulgren (Ellie), Jim Tulgren (Sharon) and Susan Bradley (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
