He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Gilbertson and Wilma Gilbertson; his wife Betty Ann Brenner; his children, Wendy Gilbertson of River Falls, Reggie Gilbertson of Hudson and Amy Gilbertson-Dodge (Cory) of Hager City; his grandchildren, Breanna Wolff (Benjamin), Caden Johnston, Jaxson Johnston, Kelsey Hager (Chad), Zachary Gilbertson, Josie Dodge and Kinley Dodge; his great grandchild Harlow Hager; his siblings, Larry Gilbertson, Lamoine Gilbertson and Carleen Gilles (Donald); his stepbrothers, Randy Diesing (Debbie) and Ricky Diesing (Sara); and his stepfather Francis 'Bubs Diesing. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
