He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd and Betty; his grandson Dawson James; his mother-in-law Edna Fenn; and his sister-in-law Linda Dulon.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Foust; his children, Matthew Foust (Stephanie), Mandy and Donnie; his grandchildren, Ben and Savannah; his siblings, Steve (Cathy), Dan (Karen), Tom (Lauren), Joel (Jennie) and Sue Niesen (Greg); and his brother-in-law John Fenn. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
