He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hermansen and Mildred Hermansen; and his brother Wayne Hermansen. He is survived by: his wife Karen Carson; his son Doug Hermansen (Chris); his grandson Drew; and his siblings, Al Hermansen (Mary), Arnie Hermansen, Karen Ortiz (Eddie), Sandy Buchholz (Paul), Jean Blake (Tim), Patricia McDonald and Deborah Barrios (Tommy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home (520 11th St, Hudson, WI 54016). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are preferred to the family.
