He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Wilhelm Kollitz and Clarisse Jeanette Kollitz (Travillion); his significant other Rozanne Peterson; and his sister Jane A. Kollitz. He is survived by: his siblings, Kay E. Grinnell (Paul) and Charles W. Kollitz (Mary Jo); his children, Kristen Gillingham (Todd), Karyn Wilgren (Randy Dopkins) and Jon Adams-Kollitz (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, David, Jacob Gillingham, Jon, Anna Wilgren and Grace Adams-Kollitz.
