He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellwood and H. Irene Ellwood (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Jane Kroska; his son Senior Chief William Ellwood; his grandson Hayden Ellwood; and his siblings, Leora Peterson and Donald Ellwood (Christi). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
