She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Welch and Frances Welch (Packard); her husband Leonard Nelson; and her daughter Jody Marie. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Nelson (Tammie), Melody Hoffman (David), Holly Hale and Len Nelson (Carla).
