Waynette Lentz Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Waynette Cheryl Lentz on October 5, 2024, at the age of 77. Waynette was born on July 9, 1947 and was adopted by Wayne and Rosada (Florence) Pesola.
Waynette met the love of her life and beloved husband, Robert Lentz of 45 years. Waynette was known for her strong will and love for Las Vegas. Along with her husband, she was a devout member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Hubertus, WI.
As a young woman, Waynette worked in production at the Milwaukee Green House and then as a housekeeping manager for Super 8 Motel in Germantown. Later, she worked for Cracker Barrel as a hostess. After retiring, she could often be found with friends or traveling.
Preceded in joining the Lord: Mother & Father, Wayne and Rosada Pesola and her husband, Robert Lentz.
Survived by brother and sister in-laws and several loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to American Cancer Society in honor of her husband Robert.
Funeral services are under the direction of Schmidt and Bartelt, Menomonee Falls, WI. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gabriel's Church (1200 St. Gabriel Way Hubertus) on Friday, October 25th at 12:00pm with visitation at the church from 10:00am-12:00pm. Waynette's final resting place will be at St. Hubert Cemetery immediately following the service.
