Passed away on January 13, 2024 at the age of 56. Beloved dad of Garret (Pati) and Nathaniel Sr. Grandpa of Natalia and Nathaniel Jr. Cherished son of Gerald and Sharon. Brother of Bill and Gerald John (Mary). Friend and former spouse of Marie Schwartzenberger. Uncle of Sara Perkowski, the late Tyler Perkowski, Matthew (Lizzy) Perkowski, Emily (Muki) Perkowski, Jack Perkowski and Shea Perkowski. Nephew of Michael "Mick" Perkowski, Donald (Chris) Perkowski, Judy (Jerry) Hess, the late Donna Volkert and the late Joyce Liberto. Preceded in death by his grandparents Ralph and Lorraine Perkowski; Chester and Dorothy Zimmermann; and his cousin Tracy Hess. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday January 23, 2024 at St. Gabriel Catholic Parish, 1200 St. Gabriel Way in Hubertus, from 10am until time of Memorial Mass at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tim's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Special Olympics would be greatly appreciated.
