Marion F. (Limbach) Weyer Obituary
Marion Francis (nee Limbach) Weyer of Hubertus, Wisconsin passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family December 11, 2023. Marion was born and raised the seventh of nine children to Joseph and Margaret (Friess) Limbach in Hubertus, Wisconsin. She met the love of her life Norbert "Norb" Weyer at the Nightingale Ballroom in Menomonee Falls while roller skating with her sister, Marge. They were married November 24, 1951, at St. Anthony's church in (Fussville) Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Marion had worked at Bloomberg's Leather Goods for two years in Menomonee Falls while Norb was in the service overseas in Korea. She and Norb built the home they had lived in for the past 61 years near the family farm in Hubertus where she grew up. Marion took great pride in her vegetable garden and flowers, especially her raspberries and geraniums. She cherished raising her and Norb's three sons, running them to all their athletic activities of baseball and basketball and was an avid Milwaukee Brewers fan. Marion was involved in both the Christian Ladies Society at St. Hubert's and with the Lion's Club wives of Richfield often baking for their many functions. And at Christmas time, she went all out decorating her delicious cutout sugar cookies for the grandkids and great-grandchildren amidst her cheerily decorated house of which she had handcrafted many of the decorations. For years she enjoyed bowling with her sister, sister-in-law, and friends at the Krueger's Bowl in Menomonee Falls. She also welcomed family and friends, friends of the boys, and even friends of the grandkids to their lake property on Druid Lake in Hartford every Sunday of summer.
Marion was predeceased by her husband Norb, by five months. Norb passed away July 13, 2023. She is survived by her sons Mike (Jackie), Mark (Joanie), and Randy (Dawn); five grandchildren Amber (Nick) Giordano, Mitch (Brittany) Weyer, Alex (Josie) Weyer, Taylor (Andrew) Farrell, and Morgan (Alex) Frosch; great-grandchildren Mason, Landon and Camden Giordano, Reid and Trey Weyer, and Harlow Weyer; also, sisters-in-law Janet Limbach and Joyce Weyer. She is else wise preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Lorraine (Laverne) Janzer, Joseph (Jean) Limbach, Ralph (Beverly) Limbach, Leona Limbach, Margaret (Douglas) Torn, Cecelia (James) Wahl, and Anthony Limbach.
A special thank you to Patty and Nancy for all the love, compassion, dignity, and dedicated care they provided over the past several years. They are truly amazing ladies who became part of the family. An additional thank you for the gentle care provided the last few months by Tracy, Shontori, and Keandra. You will forever hold a place in this family's heart.

GABRIEL CATHOLIC PARISH, 1200 St. Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033, from 10:30 AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 12Noon. Private burial will be held at St. Hubert's Cemetery.
